  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and flour until smooth.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and green onions, and mix well.
  3. If desired, add shredded carrots or cooked shrimp and mix again.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and coat it with cooking oil.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the pan, flatten gently, and let it cook until the bottom is browned (about 5 minutes).
  6. Flip the pancake and drizzle with soy sauce, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the pan and serve while hot.
