Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and flour until smooth.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and green onions, and mix well.

  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and coat it with cooking oil.
