- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix the creamy peanut butter until smooth.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the brownie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Using a small spoon or knife, swirl in a dollop of peanut butter on top of each cookie dough ball.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. They should look set but slightly soft in the center.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
