Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat with chopped onion until the beef is cooked.
  3. Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Press the beef and rice mixture into a greased pie dish.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour over the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
