A quick and easy wrap version of the classic Big Mac using familiar ingredients with a healthier twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey or chicken)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1 cup pickles, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup diced onion (white or yellow)
- 1/2 cup special sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan with a pinch of salt and pepper until fully cooked.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Layer cheese, beef, lettuce, pickles, and onions on the tortilla.
- Add the special sauce on top of the layered ingredients.
- Fold the tortilla burrito-style and grill for a golden crunch, if desired.
Notes
Warm tortillas to prevent them from tearing and don’t overstuff them.
