  • 1 liter (4 cups) lemon-lime soda (e.g., Sprite or 7UP)
  • 24 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 quart orange sherbet (about 4 cups)
  • 12 scoops lemon or lime sherbet (optional)
  • Thinly sliced orange rounds (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Candy eyeballs or gummy worms (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chill all sodas and juices for at least 30 minutes before assembling.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine orange soda, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Stir gently.
  3. Add lemon-lime soda and stir gently to preserve fizz. Taste and add sugar if desired.
  4. Scoop orange sherbet (and optional lemon/lime sherbet) onto the top of the punch. Use 6-8 generous scoops for a frothy effect.
  5. Float orange slices and maraschino cherries on top. Add candy eyeballs or gummy worms for a spooky touch.
  6. Serve immediately by ladling into cups, ensuring each serving gets sherbet and garnish.
