Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 to 1.5 cups water
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Dump chia seeds into the water and let them sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Sip slowly and enjoy. Optionally, sweeten with a sprinkle of honey or a splash of maple syrup.
