Ingredients

  • 15 Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Start by crushing 15 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of freshly whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In your serving cups, start with a layer of the crushed Oreos at the bottom, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture. Repeat until you reach the top, finishing with a sprinkle of crushed Oreos.
  5. Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if you can wait.
