- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Plop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the parchment and flatten them with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes until the edges are brown and the center bubbles.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before enjoying.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, or cheese before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to two days.
