Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients: Add melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- Prepare the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
