Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Rinse and prepare strawberries by removing the green tops and slicing if large.
- Arrange strawberries on a parchment-lined tray, making sure they’re not touching.
- Sprinkle with sugar or balsamic vinegar if desired.
- Bake for about 120 minutes or until they are leathery but still chewy.
- Allow to cool and enjoy or store for later.
Notes
